Our Sanctuary

The retreat is being hosted at the gorgeous Peacock Pavilions. The luxury hotel is located in a private olive grove 15 kilometers outside of central Marrakech.

 

The property features three luxury pavilions, bungalows, gardens, terraces, a pool, outdoor gym, library, and dedicated yoga shala. 

Also on premises, is the Souk, a shop curated with Moroccan jewelry, textiles, carpets, and soft furnishings which directly benefits Project Soar.

Within the property, there are seven bedrooms featuring inspired decor, ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning.

The Experience

Days will begin at 7am with a grounding meditation and awakening gentle vinyasa flow practice.

 

Breakfast will be served at 8:30am on an arcaded terrace with tiled tables filled with fruits, jams, and nourishing foods.

 

Three of your mornings will be spent in creative workshops honoring the rituals of introspection and play.

 

From 11am to 4:30pm you will engage in productive rest however best aligned with your journey, be it napping, lounging by the pool, or meditating in the garden.

 

At 4:30pm we gather for a restorative yoga practice and at 6pm we dine, breaking barriers, and engaging in soul-enriching conversation.

 

Evenings will either be spent resting or enjoying communal activities such as an outdoor movie night or star gazing. 

Two of our days will be spent journeying into Marrakech! Day 1 of our excursions will include shopping in the Medina and an afternoon soaking at a traditional Moroccan hammam. Day 2 will be spent finding inspiration and beauty at the YSL and Berber Museums and strolling through the Majorelle Gardens.

Essential Information

The retreat cost is all-inclusive providing:

  • 6 breakfasts

  • 3 on-site plant-based lunches and 6 plant-based dinners, water, tea and lemonade. 

  • 10 yoga classes, 6 meditations, 3 creative workshops. 

  • On-site activities (outdoor movie night, Andalusian guitarist, Henna ceremony) 

  • Off-site Activities (museums, gardens, hammam ticket/entrance fees, lunches, and group transportation.)

  • Group transportation to and from the airport.

Your Host, Guide, and Friend

Guiding you on this transformative journey of rest and renewal will be Nichole, the founder and creative director of Ritual Oasis.

 

Nichole is a RYT with Yoga Alliance and holds certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Mindfulness. She is a former classical dancer and holds a teaching certificate from American Ballet Theatre's National Training Curriculum. 

Nichole is an advocate for slow travel and has traveled to over 25 countries, doing everything from opening a fashion boutique in Berlin to teaching and learning dance in Uganda. She has navigated living in towns and cities across the world and prioritizes finding wellness in each place she visits. 

"I believe that by experiencing the world you are experiencing yourself. When journeying through new lands and embracing cultures other than your own, you are learning, growing, and coming home to a deeper, innate understanding of the universe."
